Order Processing & Confirmation

• To ensure accurate delivery, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a quick confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call before they are dispatched.

• Once confirmed, your order is immediately processed and handed over to our local fulfillment partner, Zambeel, for dispatch across Saudi Arabia.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Please note that this timeframe is an estimate. Deliveries may occasionally take longer depending on courier routing, high order volumes, or public holidays.

• While we strive to get your EMS device to you as quickly as possible, delivery timelines are not guaranteed. HADAF is not liable or responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery.

• We do not accept liability for any loss, financial or otherwise, damage, or inconvenience caused by late deliveries, third-party courier delays, or unforeseen logistical circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Protocol

• The courier will contact you on the day of delivery. For COD orders, please ensure the exact amount is ready to prevent any handover delays or missed delivery attempts.
